I can’t get this to work. I am logged into both my Beyond Power and ID.me accounts. ID.me has previously verified my status as a US Army veteran, and I have successfully used ID.me to obtain veteran discounts. When I follow Beyond Power’s link to ID.me and try to sign in I get the following message:
“SOMETHING WENT WRONG
We are unable to process your request. We have been notified of the problem and will do our best to make sure it doesn’t happen again!"
