For Purchases Made on or After November 22, 2024
Order Cancellation and Refused Shipments
To cancel an order, please contact us at support@beyond-power.com within 24 hours. We will issue a full refund within this time frame. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed due to potential shipping status delays. Customers will receive an email confirmation if the cancellation is successful.
Orders cannot be changed, intercepted, or canceled once they have shipped. If delivery is refused, the order will be processed as a return upon its return to the warehouse. In such cases:

A refund will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price, less a 5% refused shipment fee.

Notification of the decision to refuse shipment must be provided to Beyond Power to ensure timely processing.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery under the following conditions:

New or Like-New Products: The product must have no significant signs of use or damage. (A restocking is subject to charge)

Products with Quality Issues: Products confirmed to have manufacturing or material defects are eligible for return or replacement.
Return Fees
Beyond Power believes in the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our returns and restocking fee policy.
Returns of New or Like-New Items Within 14 Days of Delivery:

Unopened Products in original packaging can be returned for a full refund, subject to a return fee of 5% of the purchase price.

Opened Products in like-new condition can be returned for a full refund, subject to a return fee of 10% of the purchase price.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error of the company.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Returns are not accepted for items that have been delivered for more than 14 calendar days.
Return Conditions
(i) Requested beyond fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a product.
(ii) A product sent to Beyond Power for Return & Refund Service not including all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
(iii) A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
(iv) Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. showing signs of tampering or alteration.
(v) Damage caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
(vi) A product not delivered to Beyond Power within fourteen (14) calendar days after Return or Exchange confirmation is sent from Beyond Power.
(vii) Products not purchased through the Beyond Power official website www.beyond-power.com. (viii) Return service must be initiated by original purchaser.
(ix) Other circumstances stated in this policy.
Return Instructions
If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please request refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your product(s). Contact Beyond Power Support Team at support@beyond-power.com.
We will review your request within two business days and provide further instructions.
Return Shipping and Processing
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to the designated service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) unless the return is due to a performance defect.
Returned items must be shipped using a trackable service, and the tracking number must be provided to the Beyond Power Support Team at support@beyond-power.com. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe receipt of the returned item.
Refunds will be processed within two business days after the item has been received and inspected.

Refund Time
Refunds will be processed using the same method that the payment was made with. The refund process will take 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
Replacement Service

Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product if the product has sustained a substantial damage in transit, provided always that the damage proof issued by the carrier can be provided to Beyond Power.

Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, if the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.

Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.
